The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you are the helping hand that keeps a classroom running smoothly. You will be a vital part of the school day, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential in a fun, fast:paced environment.
Whats involved?

Active Learning: Supporting KS1 and KS2 students during their core lessons.

Small Group Work: Leading booster groups for children who need extra help with Literacy or Numeracy.

SEN Support: Providing a patient and supportive presence for students with additional learning needs.

Candidate Requirements:

A background in education or childcare (TA, Nursery, or Sports Coaching experience is great).
