Richer Sounds, the UK's largest Hi-Fi, Home Cinema and Flat Panel TV specialists are currently looking for Warehouse Operative for our Manchester Warehouse. Candidates with VNA license, or other MHE licenses are preferred. Hours:Monday - Thursday: 10:30am - 6:30pm,Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm. Please note that during our peak period (November-January) these hours may be subject to change. Responsibilities: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation. Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and other colleagues. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Checking deliveries for discrepancies and quality Requirements: Experience working in a warehouse (preferred) Experience with inventory software, databases and systems (preferred) Good organisational and time management skills (essential) Ability to lift heavy objects (essential) Goods-in experience managing supplier paperwork (preferred) PPT experience (preferred) Counterbalance or VNA license (preferred) What can we offer you?
