How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
* Identify high‑potential clients and prospects and cultivate a robust pipeline across diverse verticals
* Craft & deliver comprehensive presentations and proposals for potential clients
* Being part of a dynamic new business team supported by every other function within the business
* Pitch OpenPayd solutions to prospective clients and co‑build solutions with the client to fulfil their need
* Manage the sales process through to contract signing including contract and commercial negotiations
* Execute product and technical conversations with the clients coordinated with product and development teams
* Align delivery with product and engineering function to ensure appropriate resource is allocated to each client and influence roadmap
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* You understand the Financial Services / Banking technology space and are able to identify the needs of Embedded Finance
* Minimum of 2‑4 years within the payments/BAAS/Modern Treasury/FX/SAAS industry
* Experience of selling to clients’ verticals such as: CFD’s / Crypto / Financial Institutions / Merchant Acquirers
* Minimum of 7‑10 years of sales/business development experience
* Proven track record of successful full sales cycle execution and delivering against revenue targets
* Experience of successfully managing complex sales engagements with high value customers
* Comprehensive network of industry contacts
* In‑depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, trends and innovative payments solutions
* Ability to create technical solutions mapping & implementation approach for a broad range of client needs
* A passion for the industry; an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and, most importantly, a hunter mentality!
