Job Title: Class Teacher
Location: Chestnut Hill School, Holywell, CH8 9DX
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Class Teacher to join our team at Chestnut Hill School in Holywell.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to work flexibly, focusing on each individual and developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding, and you will be working in a school where safeguarding is a priority, pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.

Qualifications and experience required include:
* Educated to GCSE level and/or of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience with pupils with SEN, especially ASC (highly desirable)
* Experience with challenging behaviour (highly desirable)
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams or therapists (highly desirable)
While previous experience in SEN/ASC environments is desirable, excellent teaching skills, motivation, personal qualities, and resilience are equally important.
