We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a leading organisation at their site on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership ofplex HR matters and play a key role in shaping the people strategy.

In this role, you will:
1. Lead and manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent oues.
2. Advise and coach managers and senior leaders on HR best practice, empowering them to manage their teams effectively.
3. Support organisational change projects, including restructures and transitions, ensuringpliance and positive employee engagement
4. Drive HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development
5. Provide HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance
6. Collaborate internationally, supporting HR operations across global sites
This is a position where you’ll have real influence, working closely with senior stakeholders and making a tangible impact on the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
7. CIPD Level 5 (or above)
8. Strong Employee Relations experience in amercial environment
9. Excellentmunication and influencing skills
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
