As a Finance Business Partner in our Pharmacy team based in Nottingham, Beeston, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting our business leaders in making informed decisions. Your expertise will help us achieve our financial targets while fostering a collaborative and performance-focused culture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Drive performance to deliver financial targets and support financial commitments across various cycles.
* Ensure strong financial control and adherence to governance standards.
* Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting change initiatives.
* Apply strategic thinking to contribute to long‑term planning and growth.
* Influence stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
What You'll Need to Have (Our Must‑Haves)
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
* Previous finance manager experience with strong commercial awareness.
* Proven track record of partnering with senior cross‑functional leaders.
* Strong analytical capability and understanding of reporting/ERP systems.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
* Experience in finance transformation programs.
* Cash and working capital management experience.
* Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
