HR for EPR (NHS)
Contract / £day-rate Outside IR35 / Remote (UK based)
ARCA Resourcing require an interim HR consultant to support the people elements of a large EPR programme.
This is an interim opportunity for a HR professional to lead on the workforce planning, resourcing and HR generalist activities for a large NHS Trust implementing a brand new EPR.
This HR role plays a critical role in the EPR programme team, setting and driving forward the workforce agenda of the Trust’s most ambition digital programme.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsibility for driving the workforce programme elements of the EPR project – people strategy, recruitment, and employer branding.
• Deliver and oversee HR projects to provide value within the project and to support key operational and strategic workforce plans at all levels.
• Analyse workforce information and analysis to understand resource supply gaps and build recommendations and solutions to address them.
