Job title: Senior Designer

Salary: £55k + (depending on experience)
The Role
As Senior Designer, you’ll report to the Head of Design and work closely with the Creative Director to lead brand and campaign design across digital, social, print, and experiential channels. You’ll turn smart ideas into striking, well-crafted visuals and brand systems — working at speed without compromising on quality or creativity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from concept to delivery, including visual territories, moodboards, design systems, and final execution.
* Design across brand identities, toolkits, social content suites, presentations, OOH, websites, and event collateral.
* Create light motion work – storyboards, kinetic type, motion graphics, and stings.
* Edit short-form video content (cutdowns, reels, case studies, subtitles, and sound selection).
* Collaborate with strategy, client services, and production teams.
* Present ideas confidently, respond constructively to feedback, and iterate quickly.
* Manage workloads and timelines alongside the Studio Manager.
About You
* Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects).
* Good working knowledge of After Effects and interest in AI-assisted design tools.
* Strong skills in typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience preparing assets for both print and digital production.
* Able to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
* Passionate about design, culture, and creativity — with an eye for what’s fresh and relevant.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
