About Us

As Corporate Parents we are committed to ensuring all Children and Young People in our care can flourish and thrive in life. Using restorative practice and relational ways of working our practice is focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for our children and young people. We believe that for most families, the family home is the best place for children to live, with local, place-based support. Together, we're working hard to deliver permanence for our children in long term care with a real focus on supporting children to thrive in Devon and build lifelong links with their family and their community.

Please take a moment to visit our page. It offers a clear and heartfelt insight into who we are and what we stand for as corporate parents, and outlines what our children want from you!

Our North Devon Team is based at Taw View in Barnstaple. Renowned for its breathtaking beaches, picturesque villages, rolling countryside, and scenic coastal walks, North Devon offers an exceptional work-life balance and an ideal setting to live, work and unwind.

Our Mid Devon Team is based at Phoenix House, nestled in the historic market town of Tiverton. Conveniently located within easy reach of Junction 27 of the M5, it offers excellent commuter links, but also surrounded by some of the South West’s most stunning landscapes, including the Blackdown Hills, Dartmoor, Exmoor, and the beautiful Devon coastline.
