Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote a safety-first culture across all activities.
* Managing the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution among project, client, supply chain, and contractor teams.
* Providing professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively as needed.
* Leading a team of document controllers and/or assistants to deliver exemplary DM services, developing and implementing procedures and guidance notes.
* Building strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system synergy.
* Providing regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project or contract requirements.
* Maintaining confidentiality and secure storage of documentation, ensuring compliance with information security standards.
