The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Production Controller to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in planning and managing production tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining alignment with tight project deadlines. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll work closely with multiple departments to optimise production schedules and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain cutting sheets, production control documents, and route cards
* Plan and prioritise production schedules to meet project deadlines
* Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability
* Optimise material usage to reduce waste and cost
* Monitor production progress and highlight high-risk jobs to management
* Support continual improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures
* Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling or planning issues
* Report non-conformities and unsafe conditions using our Mango system
Skills & Experience:
* Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings
* Knowledge of fabrication and planning processes (preferred)
* Experience using StruMIS and related design/drawing software
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High computer literacy
