To support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of business systems while developing technical skills across CRM, ERP, databases, and integrations.
This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career or looking to transition into a technical systems role, with strong support and development opportunities provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Salesforce user setup, configuration, and basic automation
* Assist with Sage 200c system administration and data updates
* Write basic SQL queries and reports
* Support integrations and data flows between systems
* Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues
* Maintain documentation and procedures
* Support testing of system changes
Qualifications / Requirements
* Interest in business systems, technology, or data
* Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
* Basic understanding of SQL concepts (or willingness to learn)
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem-solving mindset and curiosity
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
* Any hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or business applications
* Exposure to SQL, reporting, or data analysis
* Basic understanding of APIs or integrations
* IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related qualification
* Experience in a business or operational role with system usage
