Paint Sprayer (Aerospace) Location: Stroud Salary: £29,000 per year Shifts: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:00, Fri 07:30-15:00 Contract: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer (Aerospace) to join a key manufacturing team within a well-established aerospace business in Stroud. This role involves preparing and applying protective coatings and paint systems to precision aerospace components, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with customer specifications. Key Responsibilities The Paint Sprayer will: Prepare coatings and paint systems prior to application Apply paint and protective coatings in accordance with customer and company specifications Maintain and care for operational equipment in compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations Ensure full compliance with all safety policies and contribute to a safe working environment Work closely with the Chemical Milling / Paint Shop Manager to support associated processes and functions Essential Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1-year direct experience as a paint sprayer or in a paint shop environment Ability to follow the company Data Cards (process instructions) accurately Confident communicator and team player Desirable Skills & Experience Experience working in an AS9100-approved aerospace facility Knowledge of aerospace coating systems and quality requirements What's on Offer Permanent position within a reputable aerospace manufacturing company Competitive salary: £29,000 per year Day shifts, Monday-Friday, with an early finish on Fridays Opportunity to work on precision aerospace components in a supportive team environment Contribute to high-quality, safety-focused aerospace manufacturing processesIf you're a dedicated Paint Sprayer with experience in a paint shop environment and want to take the next step in your aerospace career, this is the role for you.
