With a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our newly refurbished office in Mandale Business Park, just outside Durham City Centre.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a full 360° desk, recruiting white-collar permanent staff into an active and well-established client base within the construction industry. You will be supported by a collaborative team and have the autonomy to build your own success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop deep market knowledge across clients, projects, and roles
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Conduct business development to win new opportunities
* Source, screen, and consult candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Manage your own workload and time effectively
* Network to become a recognised expert in your sector
