The role would suit an individual with HLTA experience or someone looking to take the next step in their career in education. The role would provide a wealth of experience and opportunities to lead, plan, assess and teach in a small, specialised group as well as deliver learning for whole class groups. This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting children and who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives. You will work in close partnership with the class teacher to create a caring, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes both personal and academic growth.
