About the RoleYou’ll have varied daily interactions, with responsibilities such as:
Contacting customers who wish to deregister, selling the benefits of our services or offering alternative products.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities to ensure customers are using the maximum number of services available.
Establishing gaps in customer data and following up to ensure applications are progressed swiftly.
Managing the deregistration process where necessary.
General administration, including maintaining digital customer records and managing the in-house ticking system for the department.The key to this VAT Support Exec role is a passion for customer service. If you have experience as a customer service advisor, sales advisor, customer service representative, or similar, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
Interested? Here’s what you’ll need…
A background of working in a fast-paced customer service position, ideally within an office/phone-based environment.
IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Confident and clear communicator, both over the phone and in writing, and comfortable being on the phone for most of the day.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work independently using initiative or follow direction.
Comfortable prioritising tasks and handling competing demands, even in high-pressure situations.
Resilient, pro-active, and motivated to achieve targets, with a flexible approach to work Desired Skills
Fluency in Romanian would be an added benefit, but by no means essential.
