Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a School Business Manager to join a Multi-Academy Trust based across Sheffield and Derby on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * Lead on financial planning and management, including preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and forecasting in line with Trust and statutory requirements. * Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding standards. * Manage premises, health and safety, and facilities to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant learning environment. * Oversee procurement and ensure best value in all financial decisions. * Lead and develop administrative and site teams, ensuring effective deployment and professional development. * Ensure compliance with audit, GDPR and data protection standards. * Contribute to the academy’s strategic leadership, supporting school improvement and development planning. * Oversee marketing and communications, including public relations, website and social media presence. * Work collaboratively with the Trust, external partners, and the wider community to enhance opportunities for the academy.
