CNC Turner - Programmer / Setter / Operator
Location: Slough
Pay: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour (Depending upon Experience)
Overtime: Available at 1.5x
Shifts:
* Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator) to join a well-established and highly regarded engineering business. You will be working on Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, producing small to medium batch components for a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
* Produce high-quality components in small to medium batch quantities
* Work to tight tolerances and detailed engineering drawings
* Carry out tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
* Perform first-off and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
* Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience machining to tight tolerances
* A proactive and quality-focused approach to work
