As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and organised Project Co-ordinator to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the successful planning, delivery, and evaluation of our projects. You will work closely with colleagues, schools, and external partners to ensure timelines are met, communication is clear, and outcomes are achieved. A key part of this role will also involve presenting the School Transition Portal to potential clients, demonstrating its features and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of projects across the business.
* Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
* Liaise with schools, clients, and internal teams to coordinate activities and deadlines.
* Present the School Transition Portal to potential clients in an engaging and professional way.
* Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues, escalating where necessary.
* Assist with data collection, reporting, and evaluation of project outcomes.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the project management team.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confident working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and reporting systems.
* Comfortable presenting digital tools and services to clients.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a co-ordinator or project support role.
* Experience within the education sector is ideal, though not essential.
