We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist who is ready to lead, inspire and shape high quality services for children and young people with disabilities.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will oversee the day to day delivery of the Occupational Therapy service, manage and support a team of practitioners, and ensure high standards of assessment, equipment provision and professional practice. Your work will include analysing performance data, partnering with other agencies, managing budgets, leading on contract monitoring for childrens equipment, and offering expert guidance on complex cases.

Qualifications
* To succeed, you will be a qualified and HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with strong knowledge of equipment provision, excellent communication skills, and experience of leading or supervising others. You should be confident in interpreting data, managing risk, prioritising workloads, and providing professional consultation within a multidisciplinary setting.

£51,909.02 to £54,253.99 a year Inclusive of 12.5% market supplement
