Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This service is set in large grounds near Stockport and Manchester, in a residential care home with 12 residents, each with their own room and en-suite, sharing a communal living area. The residents are 9 men and 3 women aged between 20-50, each with unique personalities and interests, supported through personalized care plans.
The home is close to motorways, Manchester Airport, bus routes, and a train station. Amenities and green spaces are nearby.
There are always 10-12 support workers on site during the day and 4-5 at night, with around 45 staff employed in total. We currently have a full-time vacancy for day shifts.
Prior experience in care is required, and a Level 3 in Social Care is desirable. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and skills, and will support your success!
