We are seeking a HR Generalist that will support and administer various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, compliance, and performance management. The HR Generalist will work closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
Mediate and resolve conflicts or complaints within the workplace.
Support a positive work culture by fostering open communication and employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee development programs.
Help managers with setting performance goals and providing feedback.
