A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support its busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their fee-earning experience within a structured and supportive environment.
The Role:
* Providing day-to-day support to the Team Leader and fee earners
* Assisting with elements of fee-earning work under supervision
* Opening files and preparing client care documentation
* Completing client questionnaires and onboarding documentation
* Handling routine client enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Managing matter start and completion data
* Supporting file progression to ensure matters move forward promptly
* Deputising for fee earners when required and escalating urgent issues appropriately
You will not hold your own caseload but will play a key role in ensuring transactions run smoothly and clients receive excellent service throughout.
About You:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role
* Professional, confident and client-focused
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
