The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of one of our newly acquired contracts to ensure that a high-quality consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements. This role will be responsible for delivering on the KPIs and SLA, working on-site with the client to ensure smooth operation success.
Shift and salary:
Working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
09:00 - 19:00
From £27,000 depending on experience
Job description:
1. Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations taking ownership building effective client relationships and operational delivery
2. Based on various client's premises across the midlands patch – millage will be reimbursed outside of your primary site location
3. Overachieving KPIs
4. Oversee and manage the daily implementation of the operational plan
5. Regularly updating Regional Operations Manager with risks and potential opportunities
6. Building strong client relationships and creating of positive client perception of Winner Recruitment
