Do you have experience working within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment? We are actively searching for a Client Liaison Administrator to join our team in Hessle on a 12-month FTC.
As a Client Liaison Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our advisors and clients, requiring adaptability to change and the ability to handle various queries and challenges.

What you’ll do as a Client Liaison Administrator:
* Support Advisors by monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries, and requests
* Follow standard procedures and workflows via XPLAN
* Assist with case preparation for paraplanning
* Process sales paperwork from submission to completion and handle ongoing administration for investments, pensions, and protection
* Attend operational meetings to discuss workloads and raise concerns or opportunities
* Maintain awareness of company policies, practices, and procedures
* Keep records according to company standards
* Prepare meeting packs
* Gather information for annual reviews
This list is not exhaustive; you may be asked to undertake other tasks as reasonably directed by your line manager, with appropriate training provided.
What we’re looking for:
* Ability to liaise effectively with departments including Paraplanners, Advisors, and Clients
* Interest in working within Wealth Management/Planning
* Commercial experience in a similar role is preferred
* Experience in providing exceptional client and relationship management
