Teacher & SENCo - Alternative Provision Start: April 2026 | Contract: Temporary → Permanent (after successful probation) Stafflex Education are recruiting a Teacher & SENCo for a small, developing independent alternative provision for KS2 pupils with SEMH needs. This role combines high-quality teaching with SEND coordination, delivering a trauma-informed, outdoor-focused curriculum. Key Responsibilities Teach approx. 3 days per week, delivering relational, experiential lessons integrating outdoor learning. Lead SEND provision, ensuring compliance with SEND Code of Practice, EHCPs, ILPs, and multi-agency reviews. Support adaptive teaching for SEMH, neurodiversity, and trauma needs. Maintain assessment, progress tracking, and documentation to inspection-ready standards. Contribute to restorative behaviour support, co-regulation, and relational practice. Use 2 protected SENCo/admin days for planning, reviews, and multi-agency coordination. What's Offered Small classes and relational caseload for sustainable workload.
