Join a skilled 2-man team maintaining a large and complex building where no two days are the same. If you’ve got a solid background in commercial maintenance and thrive in a client-facing environment — we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing: Planned & reactive electrical maintenance Emergency lighting & control panel fault-finding Small installations & lighting replacements Monitoring BMS systems (hot/cold) Water flushing, temperature checks, fire damper inspections Pumps, motors, boosted water systems PPMs, sub-contractor management, permit to work Fabric & basic plumbing (e.g. unblocking toilets) Logbook maintenance & client interaction What You’ll Need: Electrical qualifications – Level 3 18th Edition Strong background in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled with a hands-on attitude Job Logic experience desirable Excellent communication & client-facing skills Must provide valid trade certificates What’s In It for You?
