We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled executive support assistant. The position is to provide confidential, high quality support to the senior directors.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of the Council's responsibilities and priorities. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbally. You will need to be a strong team player, fully flexibly with a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative. IT literature, highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages. Excellent organiser skilled at working to deadlines and establishing priorities in a demanding environment. Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
