The Role This is a full-time, permanent position for a Recruitment Consultant to join our finance recruitment team, based in our Nottingham City Centre office. Youll be part of a close-knit and experienced team, working on high-quality finance roles across the East Midlands market. The role will involve developing and managing relationships with finance professionals and employers, managing recruitment processes end-to-end, and helping deliver excellent outcomes for candidates and clients alike. You'll receive on-the-job training, tailored support, and the tools you need to succeed. After completing your training period, hybrid working is available. What Were Looking For Were open-minded, but the ideal person will: Have 12 to 18 months of recruitment or sales experience (though we welcome strong applicants from outside the industry or with more or less experience) Be a natural communicator with the confidence to build relationships over the phone, on video, and in person Be a self-starter who can take ownership of their development and be proactive in how they work Be ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to build a long-term career with a growing business What Youll Get £25,000 £29,000 base salary (depending on experience) Commission up to 50% based on a clear and transparent structure.
