Location: Redditch or Solihull (Hybrid 3/2 split after probation)

The Work
* Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of fee earners and support staff.
* Oversee client service standards, case quality, and compliance with Lexcel and internal policies.
* Drive business performance through effective financial management and workload planning.
* Identify opportunities for growth and team expansion.
* Provide guidance on complex or high-profile matters.
* Manage complaints at first instance and ensure client feedback is captured constructively.
* Manage a reduced caseload of residential property matters
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with proven leadership experience. Ideally with 8 PQE+ (Less will be considered with prior experience)
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
* Skilled communicator and mentor who inspires high performance.
* Excellent knowledge of compliance and case management standards.
* Strategic thinker who thrives on accountability and improvement.
