Customer Support Role at Our Coffee Company
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join our team at HQ. In this customer-focused role, you’ll be one of the first voices our customers hear when they get in touch. Your responsibilities include:
1. Taking orders
2. Problem-solving
3. Providing top-notch support over the phone
We’re seeking someone enthusiastic and personable, with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. An interest in coffee is a bonus but not mandatory.
