The Role
You will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
* Lease extensions and enfranchisement
* Advising clients on Land Registry and property finance matters
* Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
This is a client-facing position, where delivering excellent service and maintaining long-term relationships will be central to your success.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in residential property.
* Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
* Be organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
* Thrive in a friendly, supportive, and professional environment.
