We do this by gathering and maintaining knowledge of our policies, principles, and business strategies, while keeping up-to-date with relevant developments right across our business units and trusted brands.From digital, media and events to employee experience, strategic relationships, and community partners, we identify opportunities to deliver on our business and sustainability agenda, while proactively identifying storylines and opportunities to advance our narrative.About the roleJoin our Corporate Communications team as an Internal Digital Communications Associate, where you’ll help shape how we connect with our people. You’ll manage digital platforms like the intranet and screens, support content delivery, and work with partners to improve tools and engagement. This is a great entry point into the world of internal communications, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global business.Your responsibilitiesManage internal digital channels in alignment with our employee experience strategy to enhance engagement across the business.Create and deploy content for our intranet and digital screens, ensuring it’s timely, relevant, and aligned with our tone of voice.Collaborate with IT&D Digital Workplace to drive improvements to the intranet, including redesigns and development initiatives.Oversee governance of digital communications activity, regardless of reporting lines, to ensure consistency and quality.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal digital communications using dashboards and insights to inform future improvements.Manage partnerships that provide tools and platforms supporting internal engagement needs.Support Content Associates in developing and deploying campaigns and content across our digital channelsThe experience we're looking forDegree in Communications, Digital Marketing or related field (BaHons)Experience with intranet management and digital content publishingStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsUnderstanding of employee engagement and user experienceConfident with data, measurement and analyticsSelf-starter, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentThe skills for successEmotional intelligence, Listening skills, Writing skills, Presentation skills, Interpersonal skills, Digital skills, Research skills, Time management skills, Adaptability, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Strategic thinking, Risk management, Business Accumen, Leadership, Brand Strategy, Relationship management.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
