As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you will play a key role in our finance team while completing your fully funded CIMA qualification. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the finance function of a global manufacturing organization and take accountability for real business activities that directly impact site performance.
This is an ideal role if you’re looking to build a career in finance, learn from experienced mentors, and grow into future positions such as Financial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Site Controller.
Your role:
You will learn, grow, and contribute by:
* Preparing monthly accruals and supporting financial reporting cycles
* Working with business teams to ensure accurate purchase order and contractor accruals
* Updating weekly production volumes and supporting cross‑functional decision‑making
* Partnering with HR on headcount and compensation reporting
* Supporting cost centre owners and answering initial finance queries
* Contributing to stock‑taking, BOM updates and recipe costings
* Assisting with audit requests and financial planning (budgets, forecasts)
From your first day, you will deliver real value — while continually developing your skills.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
(MBA with technical/operations undergrad also welcome)
* Solid knowledge of Excel and a strong desire to learn
