Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Strong background in ICT support and services Experience with Desktop Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Proficiency in mobile management (Android) through MDM (Intune) Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows administration tools Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Nutanix (Acropolis) Experience with remote access systems like TeamViewer Excellent customer service skills Ability to travel regularly between locations Responsibilities: Support internal customers to maximize the use of technology Deliver high-quality ICT Service Desk experiences Implement new technologies and improve ways of working within the organization Provide proactive maintenance to ensure our technology remains in excellent condition Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence Work within the extended Leicestershire ICT Partnership (LICTP) which may require travel between sites Technologies: Active Directory Android Citrix ICT Support Microsoft 365 Mobile SQL SharePoint VMware Windows Office 365 More: We are two district and borough councils located in Leicestershire, dedicated to achieving our digital transformation ambitions.
