The team supports a business specialising in advanced engineered materials used across critical industries — from clean energy and industrial efficiency to transportation, infrastructure and life‑saving technologies.Your work will directly influencemercial decision‑making, profitability and strategic planning across a worldwide customer base.What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting initiatives to improve revenue, EBITA, margins and working capital
2. Ensuring high‑quality, IFRS‑aligned reporting across global sites
3. Delivering monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and performance insight
4. Building scenario and sensitivity models to assess risks and opportunities
5. Coordinatingmercial finance requests across multiple regions
6. Driving continuous improvement in reporting, systems, tools and data quality
7. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and wider finance transformation activity

What you'll need to succeed
12. Strong analytical judgement and a passion for data analytics
13. Advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar)
14. Experience in FP&A,mercial finance or financial analysis
15. Ability to operate confidently in a global, matrixed environment
16. Clear, crediblemunication style and cultural awareness
17. Continuous improvement mindset — someone who challenges the status quo
Qualifications:
18. Degree educated (preferred)
19. ~5 years’ relevant finance experience
20. Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or active studier
21. IFRS experience within a listed or international group is desirable
