An opportunity has arisen within our ICT Team for a Program Iteration Manager.
The role is all about collaborating to develop a dynamic environment of improvement, change and challenge. In this role, you'll lead on digitising existing processes, products, and services. We want a fresh and user-centric approach within our agile framework. We are keenly exploring emerging technologies such as AI/ML and IoT, offering exciting opportunities for development and innovation.
You'll play a pivotal role in designing effective and efficient technological solutions that elevate user experiences and enhance functionality across diverse platforms. Acting as liaison between the IT Team and the wider organisation, you'll take responsibility for continuous enhancement of strategic technology systems and processes.
Postholder Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
* Identify and remove impediments that hinder the progress of the development team.
* Empower the development team to self-organise and make decisions collaboratively.
* Maintain transparency by ensuring that project progress, issues, and risks are visible to all stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the development team and across the organisation.
Skills and Experience:
* Communicating effectively with a variety of audiences
* Cloud computing (i.e. AWS, Azure, Docker, Lambda and RDS)
* Software development (or related fields)
* Experience utilising web services/APIs to integrate and streamline systems.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering technological projects within an agile framework, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
