The Role As an IT Support Analyst, you'll act as a key point of contact for end users, providing first and second-line support across a wide range of systems and devices. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering a high standard of service and ensuring users are supported effectively day-to-day. You'll gain hands-on experience across a broad technical environment, supporting everything from user devices to core business applications. What You'll Be Doing Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and face-to-face Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Supporting users with core applications such as Microsoft 365 Logging and managing incidents through the ticketing system Escalating more complex issues to specialist teams where required Delivering a professional and user-focused support experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT and a proactive approach to problem-solving, who is keen to develop their skills in a professional environment.
