Description Process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner using Sage payroll (payroll is outsourced) Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Manage the purchase ledger, including coding and posting supplier invoices. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Respond to payroll and purchase ledger-related queries from employees and suppliers. Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and securely stored.Profile A successful Payroll and Purchase Ledger Clerk should have: Previous experience in payroll and purchase ledger roles within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
