Part-Time Cleaning Operative – Durham (Rainton Bridge)
£12.21 per hour | 10 hours per week | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join a key site in Durham (Rainton Bridge). This is a part-time role offering consistent hours with the opportunity to go permanent.
Shift Details
* 10 hours per week
* 2 hours per day
* Flexible working between 08:00 – 18:00
* Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
Duties Will Include
* Cleaning warehouse and industrial areas
* Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas
* Kitchen and washroom cleaning
* Moving light equipment, stock and pallets
* General site cleaning to a high standard
Requirements
* Physically fit (manual role within a warehouse environment)
* Reliable, professional and well-presented
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work around senior management areas
Site & Compliance Requirements
* Must bring valid photo ID on first day
* Must complete pre-site training before starting:
o COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
o BICSc modules (Colour Coding, Hand Hygiene, Chemical Safety, PPE)
Uniform Requirements
* Safety footwear
* Hi-vis vest
* Black top and black trousers
