Job Title: Strategic Sales & Business Development Manager

Department: Business Development

Reports To: Head of Business Development and CEO

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Trireme Trading: Trireme Trading is a leading quantitative hedge fund in the cryptocurrency space, utilising high-frequency trading techniques to deliver exceptional Market Making services. We partner with groundbreaking cryptocurrency projects globally, operating seamlessly across on- and off-chain exchanges.

Responsibilities:

* Native crypto experience is a requirement
* Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
* Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including exchanges, token issuers, and financial institutions.
* Sales Execution: Close deals and achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.
* Client Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

* Previous professional BD experience in Market Making, HFT, or Institutional sales in the crypto industry

Compensation:

Attractive base salary and commission structure based on performance.
