The Financial Crime Solutions team is looking for a Manager, A2A Risk Solutions Product Management, GTM, to help drive delivery of our product roadmap and strategy by working with third-party partners and consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping our customers to reduce fraud/scams, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Financial Crime Solutions (FCS) is a cross-functional team under Fraud & Resiliency within the Services division of Mastercard, overseeing solutions that are dedicated to safeguarding businesses and consumers from various financial crimes. Made up of our product management; data science, operations, and technology partners, we have launched solutions that detect and prevent financial crime, with advanced technologies, data analysis techniques, and industry best practices to identify suspicious patterns, behaviors, and transactions on a global scale.
This role presents a unique opportunity to develop go-to-market strategies by applying marketing and sales enablement expertise to enable regions and contribute to the ongoing success of our solutions.
This role will bring product positioning and GTM strategy to life by shaping how our products are positioned, communicated, and perceived in the market, fueling the next phase of growth in our international expansion efforts. Through collaboration, strategic analysis, and innovative thinking, this role will help strengthen our position in the market and provide unique learnings in an ever-evolving landscape.
Role
* Develop global strategies across go-to-market, marketing, and sales enablement to help drive opportunities, enabling our A2A Risk Solutions products to scale and add further value to our customers.
* Deliver against GTM initiatives with scalability and impact in mind for new and existing products to support revenue growth and global market penetration.
* Own collateral creation across the customer journey, supporting the regions to communicate product value at each stage.
* Boost A2A Risk Solutions external presence through tailored content, bulletins, and thought leadership leveraging external channels like social media, internal forums, and external presences.
* Develop competitive intelligence, conduct market research, and form messaging and materials to support A2A Risk Solutions differentiation in the market.
* Define clear and distinctive product narratives that resonate and are cognizant of product roadmaps, value propositions, USPs, industry trends, regulatory pressures, and customer feedback.
* Define execution plans to ensure assets are launched intentionally with well-defined success metrics, assets are maintained, stakeholders are updated, and learnings are shared.
* Enable key commercial stakeholders to represent the benefits, capabilities, and value proposition of A2A Risk Solutions and Roadmaps.
* Engage with stakeholders in cross-functional teams to deliver on key GTM strategies to achieve product objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with enhancements and strategic direction for all A2A Risk Solutions Products and provide feedback on market reactions.

* Strong experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B banking or payments industry, with a proven track record of successful GTM strategies.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
* Experience in simplifying complex problems into understandable solutions.
* Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create compelling collateral.
* A data-driven approach to product management and GTM opportunities, contributing to product enhancements.
* Understanding of Mastercard's business model and financial or commercial factors.
* Knowledge of financial crime and the broader payments ecosystem.
* Leverage knowledge of Mastercard's systems, products, and customer requirements for business decisions.
* Partner with Guilds to create best practices and drive continuous improvement.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Lead by example with hands-on approaches to product management excellence.
