This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Learning and Organisation Development professional who is able to juggle a varied workload. This position requires someone that has had experience of being involved in culture change projects previously, influencing stakeholders when required. As my client will need someone to hit the ground running, it would be very beneficial to have civil service experience. This role will suit a team player with excellent communication skills.
My client is keen to appoint someone who can start as soon as possible, so it is very beneficial to have an active BPSS. Interviews will take place at their HQ near Taunton, so all candidates must be comfortable commuting there on a regular basis.
