We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive LSA to support pupils in a friendly, inclusive secondary school in Newcastle. You’ll be part of a dedicated team helping students thrive in and out of the classroom. What your days might look like: Supporting students one-to-one and in small groups Helping pupils with additional needs engage with lessons Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to adapt activities Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong routines What you’ll need: Experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise) A patient, empathetic approach The confidence to support a range of learning needs A team spirit and sense of humour never go amiss!
