Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – North Acton – Up to £50,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious static site in North Acton, London. We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a brand-new commercial building operating within a pharmaceutical environment, housing three tenanted floors. This is a sole engineer role, making it ideal for a self-sufficient, experienced professional who is comfortable managing their own workload and taking ownership of the site. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the mechanical and fabric disciplines, covering all landlord services within this modern, high-specification building. You will work closely with the on-site management team and be the key point of contact for all maintenance requirements. Given the pharmaceutical nature of the environment, a high standard of professionalism, compliance awareness, and attention to detail is essential.
