The Role:
This is a hands-on where you will:
* Provide first- and second-line support for all end-user hardware and software issues.
* Install and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, network peripherals, and other IT equipment.
* Assist with server and network maintenance.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
* Carry out routine system checks, backups, and monitoring.
* Maintain IT documentation for processes, devices, and support tickets.
* Get involved in small IT projects, including hardware upgrades and migrations.
Technical Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience with hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
* Hands-on troubleshooting of networking devices (switches, access points, cabling) and basic wiring.
* Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and user account management.
* Comfortable with hardware diagnostics, component swaps, and maintenance tasks.
