£65,000 depending on experience + Benefits Permanent role, Leeds based 39 hours per week, fully onsite.

We are looking for a Service Manager to head up a thriving service division for a market-leading manufacturer based in Leeds.

The Package
Starting salary up to £65,000 pa
7% non-contributory pension

The Role
As Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of a flagship service division that ensures customers’ high-performance equipment stays in top working order. With 20+ field engineers (and growing), your role will be to develop strategy, drive efficiency, and inspire people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and motivating an office-based coordination team supporting multiple field teams.
* Managing teams across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, fast response times, and excellent service.
* Developing and implementing a forward-looking Service Strategy.
* Driving continuous improvement in customer service and operational performance.
* Ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotations, orders, and enquiries.
* Building strong customer relationships and presenting strategies at senior level.
* Creating a positive, motivated environment where teams thrive.

About You
We’re looking for an emotionally intelligent leader who can integrate seamlessly into a strong, proud, and supportive team.

* Proven experience in managing service, operations, or field-based teams.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, from engineers to directors.
