WerelookingforaSeniorAnalysttosupportourbusyExploration&Production(E&P)teaminAberdeen.Thisisahands-onlaboratorypositionwithaddedresponsibilityforsupportingteamleadersinmanagingdailyoperationsandmaintainingservicequality.Youllworkacrossarangeofanalyticaltaskswhileguidinganddevelopingjuniorstaff,drivingperformance,andsupportingourQHSEandcommercialtargets.
KeyResponsibilities
* Manageandsupportthedailyworkloadoftheanalyticalteaminlinewithclientandtechnicalstandards.
* Mentorjuniorteammembersandsupporttrainingonbothroutineandadvancedanalyticaltechniques.
* Prepare,review,andsignoffanalyticalreports,ensuringaccuracyandcompliance.
* LeadbyexampleinmaintainingQHSEstandardsandreportingnon-conformances.
* Supportequipmentmaintenanceandensurecalibrationsremainuptodate.
* Liaisewithclients,generatequotations,andmanagePOswithinagreedlimits.
* DriveperformanceusingKPIssuchasturnaroundtimesandcustomerfeedback(NPS).
* Contributetomethoddevelopment,validationprojects,andservicelineimprovements.
* ActivelyidentifyupsellopportunitiesandpassleadstotheBusinessDevelopmentteam.
* Carryoutcontractorderreviewstoensurefullunderstandingofcustomerrequirements.
* Occasionallysupportoffshoreorsiteworkasrequired.
