Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager / Trading Manager located in Cheltenham. The incumbent will be responsible for managing daily retail sales and finance operations, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Duties include leading and managing the sales team, driving sales targets, and maintaining inventory and stock management. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance dealership performance and customer engagement.

* Proven experience in achieving Customer Satisfaction
* Effective Team Management skills
* Sales background with a track record of meeting sales targets
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
* Ability to work on-site in Cheltenham
* Experience in the automotive industry is a must
