They are now seeking an experienced Chartered Commercial Surveyor to join their team.

This role includes working Monday to Friday, providing a good work-life balance (No Weekends!)
Working Hours:
1. This role is Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)
2. Hybrid (Mix of office work and remote work)
3. Full/Part-time or Contract – our clients are open.

4. £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

The role of a Chartered Commercial Surveyor will include:
9. Day-to-day management of the team,
10. Negotiating lease renewals,
11. Rent Reviews,
12. Coordinating with external letting agents,
13. Tenant Liaison,
14. Tenant Alienation Requests,
15. Overseeing tenant proposals for alterations or works,
16. Performing property inspections and dilapidations,
17. Supporting credit control activities alongside the internal credit control team,
18. Carrying out any additional duties assigned by the Group Head of Property to fulfil the responsibilities of the Property Division.
Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:
19. Previous experience in Commercial surveying required (Minimum one year)
20. RICS qualification (MRICS)
21. Full UK driving licence
22. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
23. Positive attitude
